1/2 package CH Crab dip mix
1 package CH Spinach dip mix
2 (10 oz) box frozen spinach
1 c. artichokes (canned)
1lb cooked crab meat
1 c. heavy whipping cream or whole milk
1 8oz package cream cheese
2 T. lemon juice
In a large bowl mix spinach (thawed & drained), artichokes, crab meat, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, crab dip mix, spinach dip mix and lemon juice. Pour mixture into a well buttered CH stoneware casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, bread slices, or wheat thins.
