These are some of our favorite recipes...Enjoy!! 


Listed here are our monthly favorites that would be a big hit in your favorite stoneware piece.  Be sure to check each month for new creations to try.

 

 

 

  
Tender Coke Roast

Place 3 lb. roast in Celebrating Home Bean Pot. Cut enough potatoes, carrots, & onions to fill rest of Bean Pot. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of Coke, and a little water. Pour over meat and veggies. Bake with lid on 375 degrees for 2½ hrs.  

 

*add Celebrating Home Roasted Onion Dip Mix as a seasoning 
*can use beef stew meat instead of roast

Breakfast Biscuits

1 package CH Sweet & Creamy Dip mix 
3 cans biscuits
1 stick butter (softened) 
1 c. chopped pecans

 

Mix the Sweet & Creamy mix with the softened butter, then stir in pecans.  Place biscuits on your favorite stoneware baker and generously baste each biscuit with the mixture.  Bake as directed and enjoy a sweet addition to breakfast!!

Crab Pasta Salad

1 package CH Crab dip mix
1 package imitation crab meat
1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c milk
1 box Cappelia Noodles (trump noodles)


Boil pasta until tender, drain and cool.  Cut, dice crab meat into desired pieces.  In a large bowl mix crab meat, dip mix, mayonnaise and milk together until coated well, mix in frozen veggies and noodles.  Chill for 1 hour and enjoy!!!

Spinach & Crab Dip

1/2 package CH Crab dip mix
1 package CH Spinach dip mix
2 (10 oz) box frozen spinach
1 c. artichokes (canned)
1lb cooked crab meat
1 c. heavy whipping cream or whole milk
1 8oz package cream cheese
2 T. lemon juice


In a large bowl mix spinach (thawed & drained), artichokes, crab meat, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, crab dip mix, spinach dip mix and lemon juice.  Pour mixture into a well buttered CH stoneware casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, bread slices, or wheat thins.

Fiesta Chicken

1-2 T CH Southwestern Chipotle Dip Mix

¼ cup Lime juice

2 T Olive oil

2-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

CH Baker, Casserole Stoneware or Baking stone

 

 

Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl.  Add chicken and marinate for a minimium 15 minutes.  Place chicken in/on your favorite CH Stoneware or Baking stone and place in oven at 350 degrees until juices are clear and chicken is tender.

 

Add some fresh vegetables and rice for a perfect appetite pleaser!!
